Raindrop Therapy

What is Raindrop Therapy?

Raindrop Technique is a powerful, non-invasive tool for helping to correct defects in the curvature of the spine. During the years that is has been practiced, it has resolved numerous cases of scoliosis and kyphosis and eliminated the need for back surgery in thousands of people. It combines aromatherapy and massage techniques to bring whole body structural and electrical alignment.

Raindrop Technique was developed as a result of research indicating that many forms of spinal misalignments are caused by muscle spasms and inflammation producing bacteria and viruses. Once a body is properly aligned, it can function more efficiently and effectively. The technique uses a sequence of highly antimicrobial essential oils designed to simultaneously reduce inflammation and kill the viral agents responsible for it. The oils are dispensed like little drops of rain from a height of about six inches above the back and massaged along the vertebrae. The oils will continue to work in the body for 5 to 7 days following treatment, with continued re-alignment taking place during this time.

The technique involves a sequence 7 Single Note and 2 Essential Oil Blends all from Young Living. They each have a specific purpose to maximize overall relaxation and alignment. These oils include:

Valor: helps the body self-correct its balance and alignment and relieves pain along the spine

Oregano: one of the most powerful antimicrobial essential oils; highly damaging to many kinds of viruses

Thyme: beneficial in overcoming fatigue and exhaustion especially after an illness

Basil: antispasmodic to relax muscles, including smooth muscles such as the heart and digestive system, beneficial for mental fatigue and may sharpen the sense of smell

Cypress: improves circulation, relieves spasms and swelling, heals damaged tissue

Wintergreen: acts as a natural cortisone due to its high methyl salicylate content to relieve pain and inflammation

Marjoram: sooths muscles, nerves and the respiratory system

Peppermint: enhances the effects of all the oils; pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory

Aroma Siez: relaxes tight, tired and aching muscles resulting from sports injuries, fatigue, and stress

The Raindrop Technique is not a cure-all or magic bullet. A healthy body is the result of a well-rounded program of exercise and proper diet. Health is an accumulation of everything we do, say, hear, see and eat. The Raindrop Technique is only one tool to help restore balance in the body that will result in good health.
